Well Established European MNC
Ubi/ Tai Seng | 5 days
Min. of 2 Years in HR and Admin/ Secretarial support with good knowledge in Singapore Employment Act


  • Provide support in HR and Admin duties:
  • Arrange interview and ensure all necessary procedures are completed before employee start work
  • Administer training records – registration, invoicing and to update training records
  • Organise orientation for new employees
  • Prepare HR documentations – confirmation/ promotion letter etc
  • Generate regular HR reports to management
  • Ensure employee records in system is up to date
  • Coordinate of travel and flight arrangement
  • Provide admin and secretarial support to Senior Management
  • Ad hoc duties assigned



  • Diploma/ Degree holder in Business Admin, HRM or its equivalent
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience has an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Independent and is proactive in problem solving
  • Good interpersonal skills
