HR Admin Executive - Up to $4500

• Provide confidential, administrative & operational HR support, e.g. recruitment and employee on-board/off-board procedures, HR report consolidation， HR system updates/maintenance and process follow-up, and work pass application/renewal of for locally hired foreigners, etc.
• Liaise with Corporate Shared Service HR team and Business Managers in the APAC countries to ensure the compliance implementation of HR guidelines/ process across the region
• Answer queries from employees regarding leave entitlement, medical insurance procedures and other personnel related matters.
• Handle employee engagement
• Source and administer training needs (sourcing, administration, application, evaluation, etc.)
• Work closely with HR Business Partners and respective departments on any HR administrative needs
• Manage the inventories and maintenance of office equipment
• Handle relevant incoming phone calls, enquiry, correspondence, and visitors in courteous manner and appropriate procedures.
• Coordinate with building management on maintenance, car park & facilities issues
• Liaise with company’s travel agencies and work with purchasing team on agreement renewal. Coordinate and Support on logistics for overseas business travels to Singapore
• Handle expense/benefits claims
• Other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in Administration/HR Management or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience.
• A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• 5 working days
• MNC environment
