  • Perform Full Spectrum of HR and Admin functions
  • Handle Recruitment process which include recruitment, staff orientations & administration of employee benefits
  • Review of HR policies, processes and practices
  • Work Pass Application, Renewal and Cancellation 
  • Handle Leave and Medical Records
  • Compile of monthly Training & Development Report
  • Verifying of staff claims to ensure compliance with internal policies Provide General Admin duties and coordination support to the management 
  • Verifying in monthly times attendance 
  • Any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

 

Requirement

  • Minimum "O" level / Relevant certification in Human Resource
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in related field
  • Process knowledge in Payroll calculations would be an added advantage
  • Process strong knowledge of Employment Act and Regulations
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Successful candidate will require to liases with mandrian speaking employees 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Process initiative and drive, able to work independently, meticulous and organized
  • Matured candidates are welcome
  • Available immediately would be an advantage
