Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for daily work schedules and co-ordination of project site job assignments for workers
  2. Preparing employment related documents / letters, first point of contact for foreign worker-related matters including handing worker issues, resignation and repatriation of workers.
  3. Monitor and maintain record of all foreign pass holders – passport expiry, work pass expiry, AWSHCS expiry, Coretrade expiry and Annual Leave Administration
  4. Arrange for passport, work pass, AWSHCS, Coretrade renewals
  5. Arrange for Work Injury claims, Monitor Foreign Worker Medical claims, Annual Insurance Policy renewals
  6. Monitor worker performance and salary reviews with the Managing Director
  7. Maintain List of Tools and Personal Protection Equipment distributed to workers
  8. Assist in monitoring and informing workers to observe dorm rules and prohibitions on personal hygiene, safety standards and security requirements.
  9. Liaison with workers and store on ordering and purchasing materials
  10. Assist the Managing Director to follow up with customers on Sales Quotations and existing Maintenance Contracts renewals
  11. Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements

At least 2 years of relevant experience from the construction industry

A team player with soft skills

Required languages : English and Mandarin
