Job Description

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the daily operations of the HR department that includes:

  • Payroll Processing
  • HRIS migration
  • Maintenance of Staff records
  • Assist in internal recruitment processes
  • Preparation of HR documents for hiring, disciplinary issues, exits, promotion
  • Administration of confirmation and appraisal reviews of staff
  • Assist in MOM matters (surveys, applications, renewals, cancellations etc.)
  • Assist in compiling data on recruitment, headcount, training, and other HR related statistical reports.
  • Order and maintain stationery supplies
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS: -

  • 3 years working experience as HR Admin Executive
  • Minimum Diploma/Degree
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, HRIS and databases
  • Proven knowledge of local MOM and statutory board laws and regulations
  • Must be able to write and communicate well in English
