Job Description

Responsibilities:

Admin Management Duties

  • Be responsible for Admin and office management issues (computer, telephone, stationery, name cards…)

  • Ordering of office supplies

  • Vendor Management

  • Documentation management

  • Answering of phone calls

HR Support Duties:

  • Arranging interviews & team meetings

  • Monitor employee training hours

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assign
