Job Scope:

• Regularly follow-up on leads and sales inquires
• Manage and coordinate appointments as required (Via email correspondence/ phone calls)
• Maintain good relationship with customers to retain client base
• Effective handling of all customers’ enquiries, feedbacks and complaints in a professional manner
• Update database and backend operation tasks.
• Assume any report or task assigned that are relevant to customer service

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Business Management/ Hospitality/ Mass Communication
• Good communication skills
