Job Description


  • Visit outlets to conduct QC on food quality, hygiene, shop outlook and adhereance to SOPs

  • Report all operational observations and issues to the management

  • Conduct Stock Audits to Ensure Compliance to Company SOPs. 

  • Follow-up and file all incident reports from outlets 

  • Perform customer recovery for complaint cases

  • Oversee Scheduling to ensure timely submission and posting of weekly schedule

  • Handle all Ad-hoc operational errands such as repairs and purchases of small equipment, collecting and displaying marketing materials at outlets, liasing with suppliers and contractors to address any ad-hoc maintenance or supply issues

  • Keep track of and ensure timely servicing and maintenance of the outlets and equipment

  • Assist Senior Manager with the delivery of stock from warehouse to outlets

  • Work with the management team to identify inefficiencies to reduce cost, wastage and improve profitability.


Tuesday - Saturday 

10am - 7pm OR 12pm - 9pm
