Job Description

Job Details:
★ Location : Changi Business Park
★ Salary : Up to $2200
★ Working Hours : Monday-Friday, 8am - 6pm 


Job Scope(s):
✔ Respond to incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner by following call script processes 
✔ Perform 1st level troubleshooting to customers through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
✔ Responsible for logging calls and ensure all calls contain clear problem description and all problem-solving activities with the customer
✔ Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel 
✔ Dispatch onsite support if required


Job Requirement(s):
✔ Possess a Diploma/ITE in IT-related fields
✔ Comfortable with working in a call centre environment 
✔ Basic technical knowledge skills (e.g PC troubleshooting, basic connectivity) would be an added advantage
