Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provision of 1st & 2nd line support to affected end users via various channels
  • Identification and tracking, thereafter, resolution of hardware and software incidents
  • Ensuring Workstation Assets Management
  • Setting up and configuration of workstations
  • Coordination of technical assistance to resolve operational issues provided by both internal and external service providers
  • Supporting Team Lead on modernization projects

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in IT or Engineering
  • Microsoft Certifications
  • Experience working within financial services; trade floor experience is a plus
  • Familiar with Market Data Applications, Collaborative tools, Active Director, SCCM, ServiceNow etc.
  • Fluent in English
