- Provision of 1st & 2nd line support to affected end users via various channels
- Identification and tracking, thereafter, resolution of hardware and software incidents
- Ensuring Workstation Assets Management
- Setting up and configuration of workstations
- Coordination of technical assistance to resolve operational issues provided by both internal and external service providers
- Supporting Team Lead on modernization projects
- Bachelor Degree in IT or Engineering
- Microsoft Certifications
- Experience working within financial services; trade floor experience is a plus
- Familiar with Market Data Applications, Collaborative tools, Active Director, SCCM, ServiceNow etc.
- Fluent in English
