Call Centre Role
- Handling incoming calls from the public.
- Assisting customer for their general enquires.
- Provide and solve customers’ enquires and feedback over the phone.
- Key in all the information in the system.
- Must be able to commit for shift work – Any 5 days in a week schedule by supervisor.
- Passionate in customer service.
- Comfortable to speak to customer over the phone.
- PH is paid.
- Opposite Mattar MRT station
- Convertible to Perm Staff if your performance is good.
