Healthcare Attendants for Dementia Patients

Job Scope:

• Have to lift up / support elderly to the toilet as they might be physically disabled.
• Might occasionally have ‘accidents’ like family members forgetting to change their diapers, so might have to help to change if that happens, but very seldom.
• Perform tasks and daily activities with the elderly according to the care plans developed by clinical team
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of client’s conditions and interventions and support development and review of care plans
• Ensure client’s integration and recommend measure to mitigate risk to the clients
• Conduct activities for clients to promote independence, health, wellness and quality of life
• Provide guidance to clients on personal, social or work skills

Requirements:

• Min N/O level
• Some healthcare/Dementia care experience will be an advantage]
• Able to start work immediately
