Job Description

  • Implement sales growth programs to achieve the targeted sales revenue, growth goals, build and grow market share through core channels (Distributors).
  • Oversee a team of Industrial Solutions (IS) engineers and to provide improved cost, quality and delivery on all projects.
  • Identify and recruit new distributors together with local sales team to increase market coverage and achieve market share objectives
  • Prepare annual business plans (AOP) to ensure that channel partners are enabled to achieve mutually set goals
  • Assist distributors in demand generation activities including joint channel events, seminars, exhibitions and trade shows
  • Provide improved cost, quality and delivery on engineering solution projects
  • Ad hoc duties

 

Requirements:

 

  • Min Degree in Engineering
  • Min 8 years of sales experience in Power Industry
  • Must be familiar with the entire power industry ecosystem in the assigned territories, including land developers, project consultants, specifiers, contractors and other related market players
  • Possess the characteristics of risk-taking, urgency, thoroughness and self-structure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
