Job Description
Lead a team to handle recruitment and manpower planning. You will oversee full cycle recruitment process and is a key contributor in the development and execution of the overall recruitment strategy for all hiring activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver best-in-class talent casting and ensure strong talent pipeline through various sourcing channels including search engines, networking, job board mining, social media, industry intelligence and internal referrals.
  • Develop and manage the recruitment process for internal clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, organizing interviews and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
  • Partner closely with all key stakeholders internally and externally, in ensuring alignment and consistency of resourcing and recruitment strategies
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining strong partnerships with both internal and external sourcing and recruitment firms, ensuring that all positions are filled in a timely and cost-effective manner
  • Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and deliver talent acquisition requirements based on business needs and expectations.
  • Develop and manage the recruitment process for internal clients through sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates, briefing and preparing candidates, organizing interviews and negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client needs and expectations are met in a timely manner.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process including reference checks, offer management, work pass applications (when applicable), employment contract preparation, input employee data into the HR system, conducting HR induction to new hires and track all new hire probation.
  • Build and strengthen Employer Branding through social media platforms, campus outreach, industry and networking events, etc.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related discipline required
  • Minimum 8 years recruiting experience.
  • Experience in niche skills hiring/ passive candidate sourcing / lead generation in Aerospace industry is highly desirable.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities and highly adaptable to change.
