Guest Services Officer (Telephone)
Promote the good image of the hotel by selling services through telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
Connect and transfer incoming and outgoing calls for all guests and staff.
Administer the programming and executing of guests' wake up calls
Co-ordinate with other department's staff to ensure hotel's objective to provide the most efficient services to guests is achieved.
Undertakes other duties as and when requested by the Front Office team.
Knowledge of the PMS Opera System Preferred
Possess GCE 'O' Level or 'N' Level
Ability to perform shift work
