Job Description

Join us as a Guest Services Officer in Holiday Inn Singapore Atrium. You’ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. Because of this vital role, we are looking for someone who can

 

  • Works with superior in the preparation and management of the department’s budget and is aware of financial targets
  • Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures to staff
  • To conduct daily beverage inventory prior to closing the Executive Club Lounge for the day
  • Ensure Smooth Operation at Executive Lounge include:
  • Register and escort Club or suite room paying guest’s to the room upon arrivals according to established  procedures
  • Prepare buffet set-up for breakfast and evening cocktail at the Club Lounge
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the Executive Lounge and the pantry area
  • Provide host or hostess service to our club paying guest at the club lounge
  • Attends to guest’s inquiries and requests and if there is a complaint that needs assistance
  • Interacts with guests and individuals outside the hotel including, but not limited to, current and potential clients, owning company representatives, suppliers, competitors and other members of the local community.

 

In addition, you should have the following qualifications and skills that we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Administration, Hotel Management or equivalent, with1 year supervisory experience in front office / guest services
  • Have a passion for the service industry
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skills- Demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System.
  • Does everything possible to ensure that the guests depart the hotel with a positive impression of hotel service
  • Takes personal interest and pride to ensure that the Executive Lounge work area is kept clean and in an orderly state at all times
