Job Description


This position is under the Box Office team, as part of Entertainment department. The Box Office team provides ticket sales services and operational support for Marina Bay Sands attractions and events. This includes ticket sales for ArtScience Museum, SkyPark Observation Deck, performances at Sands Theatre, and other ad hoc events. 


  • Attend to walk-up ticket sales and enquires at onsite ticketing counters
  • Perform ticket sales transactions quickly and accurately using computer-based ticketing system
  • Perform cashiering duties including receiving payment by cash, credit card or other payment modes; and daily accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests
  • Attempt to resolve incidents or record and escalate to the Supervisor in-charge where necessary
  • Any other duties assigned


  • At least one (1 ) year relevant experience in retail/ticketing/events environment
  • Good written and spoken communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Pleasant attitude and cheerful demeanor
  • Neat and well-groomed
  • Able to work on rotating shift, including on weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with customer service experience will have an added advantage
