Job Description

As a team player we will achieve following:

  • Ensure guests are taken care of and assign them to their respective rooms
  • Don’t forget the payment!!!!!! This is where we will perform cashiering
  • We will assist to guest queries, guide them, resolve them and offer them their best stay experience in Singapore
  • We will perform tasks together in rotating shifts (sunny mornings or glamorous lit up night)
  • Use latest technology for performing your tasks. Effortless work process just by the use of ipad and latest apps. Save environment. Go paperless!!!!
  • Make your own decision to deliver the best guest experience. Empowerment is the key at Bay and that is all you need

 

Job Requirements

  • Strong believer of service excellence
  • Well-groomed and easygoing disposition
  • A team player & able to work independently
  • Resourceful, with a positive working and want-to-learn attitude
  • Able to work on rotating shift including weekends
  • Able to supervise, handle a team and work closely with Guest Relations Manager
  • Singaporeans only
