Job Responsibiltiy:

• Assist in guiding the customer and vistitor to the right location
• Encourage and assist the visitors on the use of health app and self-service Kiosk
• Handle patient complaints and feedback
• Do documentation and ensure that all information and latest data are recorded well in the shared drive

Requirements:

• Comfortable to work 2 shifts
• Enjoys interacting with people and is customer service oriented
• Prior customer service experience in healthcare setting
• Positive attitude and a team Player
