You will be responsible for :
- Creating a scalable growth formula that results in consistent new customer acquisitions and retention
- Working across wide marketing spectrum and implementing content campaigns to drive traffic to website, social media channels and mobile application and promote engagement
- Experiment with new user acquisition campaigns
- Working with Product Manager on A/B testing on tools and features to optimise performance
- Analyse data and user feedback for continuous improvement and growth
- Prioritising growth channels and optimising budgets to scale and automate growth process.
- You have at least 4 years experience, ideally in Digital Marketing or Content Management within Internet industry.
- You have a strong understanding of CRO principles and hacks and are knowledgable on AARRR Sales Metrics diagram.
- You possess solid expertise in SEO, SEM, growth and referral marketing
- Having experience in Startups will be an added advantage
- You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
