Government Call Operator - Kallang or Tuas - 3 or 6 Months Contract
1) Handles customer service hotline and provide first level of support
2) Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone or email
3) Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
4) Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call backs to customers if necessary
1) 5 days rotating shift
2) Must be comfortable to speak to customer over the phone.
3) Able to handle stress and work in a fast pace environment.
- $8 / HR
- Shift allowance will be provided for different shifts.
1) Tuas or Kallang
2) Can convert to perm staff if performance is good!
