Job Description

Circulation Division within Singapore Press Holdings, drives the subscription revenue behind our news products. We are constantly looking for avenues to learn or adapt digital enablers  to help us reach out to potential subscribers.


We are searching for a new team member who enjoys data driven conversations, and delights in uncovering actionable insights, that drive purposeful digital designs and campaigns. Like all team members, this person must be extremely detail oriented, with a curious nature and the drive to constantly challenge how data and technology can be integrated into a meaningful customer journey.


The digital analytics attribution and optimization specialist is responsible for connecting dots between advanced analytics and digital media to optimize the media budget and achieve lower CPAs.


Responsibilities


  • Deliver thought leadership and strategic vision for multichannel data integration strategies that power cross-channel attribution and integrated data visualization

  • Conduct campaign analyses and generate meaningful, actionable insights using a variety of measurement methods and tools

  • Drive customer-centric strategy integration, and alignment of cross-channel measurement strategies with media and digital strategy team members

  • Maintain best practices and processes related to site testing and personalization, and coach junior team members


Requirements


  • 4 or more years of experience in digital marketing/media analytics with Google Analytics or GA360

  • Familiar with setting and analyzing goals and conversion funnels within Google Analytics

  • Able to study our business model and recommend suitable attribution models to assist in our ad budget allocation

  • Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to integrate with other disciplines

  • Strong understanding in syncing data from common media ad buy platforms such as Facebook, Google, Doubleclick, with Google Analytics to achieve a 360 understanding of the ad budget expenditure

  • Knowledge in using Google Tag Manager as part of a multi-platform cross domain tracking

  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Excellent communication skills for articulating needs and opportunities with non technical audiences

  • Bachelor’s degree Graduate degree with emphasis in analytics or statistics  or eCommerce a plus
