Job Description

The GM will be tasked to manage local and overseas F&B operations as well as support branches in Procurement, Marketing, Maintenance, Hygiene and Project Heads.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, Inspect and Follow-through to accomplish BU’s objectives and targets
  • Ability to lead Ops Manager in achieving FB, FD and Rental Targets as well as maximise stalls occupancy at outlets
  • Maintain good relationship with stakeholders, particularly tenants, cleaning partners, landlord’s operations team, and government agencies to facilitate smooth operations
  • Constantly develop SOP/policy to enhance operations and processes
  • Support Business Growth by leading Business Expansion Team in sourcing new sites for new F&B projects
  • Provide 1st level of supervision to BD and Marketing in developing materials for tender submission/interview
  • Lead project in ensuring the timeline is met (i.e. renovations completion dates and cost savings guidelines)
  • Groom subordinates for succession planning

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree qualifications with Leasing Marketing background is advantageous
  • Min. 5 years in Managerial capacity in related field preferably Hospitality / F&B discipline
  • Strong Leadership qualities, team player with high self-integrity with good problem-solving skills
  • Possess valid Class 3 License with own vehicle
