Job Description

  • Location: Parkway Parade
  • Salary: SGD 2000 depends on experience
  • Working hours: 9am – 6pm (5 days week)

Job Descriptions

  • Take charge of General administrative duties
  • Handling of phone calls, emails, filing, date entry
  • Basic bookkeeping, invoicing, cheque payment, etc
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assign by director and manager

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experiences in related field
  • Basic accounting bookkeeping knowledge
  • Pleasant, initiative, able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately
