Responsibilities:

• Work directly with leads to maintain company’s creative vision.
• Specify, implement, and maintain design systems through the life of a project.
• Coming up with well-documented designs and fun gameplay features for a breakthrough game
• Collaborating closely with the team that consists of programmers, artists, and developers
• Create design documentation, functional specs, email summaries, or whatever is necessary to communicate a design feature and get it into the game.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ game design experience or equivalent in the gaming industry
• Technical design skills – the ability to design and calibrate complex game play systems.
• Passion in game playing is a must.
• Prior experience working in Agile development/ Game development environment is a plus
• Secondary skill set: MS office, Art, Engineering, Audio, etc.
• Possess PC, Wii, Xbox360, Mobile game experience
