Job Description

 

Front Office Associate (Concierge/Call Center)

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to phone calls and provide assistance regarding Members’ queries
  • Handle The Club’s restaurant reservations, event registrations, services bookings and festive orders
  • Attend to Members’ feedback/queries and forward them to respective outlet managers
  • Ensure prompt response and follow through on incoming emails and telephone enquiries
  • Process Membership cards, letters, passes, application/registration forms

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Customer Service-oriented, resourceful, and able to work well under pressure
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Weekends and shift work required
