Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts product development, product improvement, product application and sensory evaluation studies for various products in accordance to requirements and standards
  • Ensure all new products are in compliance with all legislations and certifications
  • Recommend suitable packaging materials for new products or existing products
  • Conduct shelf-life studies for new products
  • Production process and products trouble-shooting by giving technical supports
  • Source new quality and cost effective ingredients, machines and equipment
  • Complete documentation including specifications on new raw materials
  • Ensure timely documentations of recipes and nutritional information of new products
  • Prepare SOP and work closely with production team to ensure success of product development
  • Any ad hoc duties assigned by superior 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Food Science / Food Technology or related course
  • Preferably with 1 year relevant working experience in product development
  • Have good grasp of HACCP, ISO22000 & GMP requirement will be advantage
  • Good communication skill & demonstrate technical competence
  • Ability to handle multiple projects & work independently
