Food Safety Executive (Food Science / Chemical)

Job Description:

• Work closly with Food Quality and Operations team to prepare, organise, conduct and implement food safe work procedures and measures in accorddance with legal and statutory requirement in Food Industry
• Perform progress management related to production operation for improving, repairing and etc.
• Monitor to ensure production practicies follow procedures
• Perform paper record check management related to quality and production
• Organise information in E-media related to repair, improvement, trouble with respective sections
• Report, investigate and address of any potential hazards, non-conformities, near missess and other incidents
• Conduct daily inspection work related to safe food production quality and activities
• Conduct investigation on customer feedbacks or complaints and follow up incident actions
• Maintain records, documentations, manuals, procedures, checklist and etc.
• Prepare and organise Food Safety Management Committee Meetings
• Ad-hoc porject

Requirement

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Food Science / Chemical Process Technology or other equivalent
• Min. 3 years of experience
• Relevant trade certifcate (eg. risk assessment, Food Safety)
• Good undersdtanding of company HSEQ requirement
