Job Description
An established organization, in the Education Sector, is inviting suitable candidates to join the team:
Food, Nutrition and Hygiene Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage the SOPs on the food, nutrition and hygiene level for the education centres
- Conduct training on the requirements and perform audit check
- Ensure the SOPs comply with the regulatory authorities and compliance with all internal processes, procedures and controls
- Manage food costing
- Kitchen & Menu Management
- Conduct knowledge sharing to the cooks/principals/teachers on food handling
- Provide consultation and checks on menu recipe and nutrition
- Prepare periodic statistics on children’ health and benchmark data against national and international average where applicable
- Assist to research on national nutrition requirements for overseas’ centre
- Undertake short-term projects as and when assigned (related to food, nutrition and hygiene)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition and/or Dietetics
- Experience in health-related fields, such as nutrition/hygiene preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
