Job Description

An established organization, in the Education Sector, is inviting suitable candidates to join the team:

 

 

Food, Nutrition and Hygiene Manager

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage the SOPs on the food, nutrition and hygiene level for the education centres
  • Conduct training on the requirements and perform audit check
  • Ensure the SOPs comply with the regulatory authorities and compliance with all internal processes, procedures and controls
  • Manage food costing
  • Kitchen & Menu Management
  • Conduct knowledge sharing to the cooks/principals/teachers on food handling
  • Provide consultation and checks on menu recipe and nutrition
  • Prepare periodic statistics on children’ health and benchmark data against national and international average where applicable
  • Assist to research on national nutrition requirements for overseas’ centre
  • Undertake short-term projects as and when assigned (related to food, nutrition and hygiene)

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in nutrition and/or Dietetics
  • Experience in health-related fields, such as nutrition/hygiene preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
