Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various teams across the bank to implement strategies to develop and grow our international base of customer. This includes:
    • Client Value Proposition (CVP): Developing the client value proposition, with a view of the competitive landscape, to include relevant as well as differentiated services to this segment of clients
    • Engagement model: Develop Engagement Strategies; this includes leveraging on customer data and optimizing the use of digital to develop AUM building programs, product deepening programs and other engagement initiatives to drive loyalty.
  • Work with stakeholders to re-engineer processes, where necessary, that will enable the proposition to be relevant, coupled with ease of use, for international clients
  • Collaborate with Wealth Management teams to ensure that products range & operational dynamics meets needs of this segment of clients
  • Work with Marketing and other stakeholders to develop messaging and enhance customer experience across various touchpoints
  • Develop a network of Partners & Vendors that would value-add to the segment, support CVP & drive loyalty.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in retail banking/segment management.
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute, drive end-to-end campaign deliverables
  • Strong communication skills. Ability to engage key stakeholders as well articulate strategies in line with segment goals
  • Strong analytical skills & numeric skills
  • Proactive, able to work independently and in strong adherence to timelines
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills
