Finance&Operation Manager (Property/ $8000)

Operations
•    Develop a long-term vision and key performance indicators for the finance and operations team, ensuring that it aligns with the property division’s overall needs and growth

Finance & Administration
•    Monitor company cash flow, spending, profit and revenue trends
•    Manage day to day functions of A/P and A/R
•    Preparing and maintaining regular financial planning reports for internal management and Board of Directors, including monthly profit and loss forecast vs. budget
•    Manage the annual budgeting process, including materials for Board meetings with narratives, business explanations, and financial forecasts
•    Oversee preparation of month end, quarter end and year-end financial statements
•    Oversee the development/improvement of forecasting models
•    Improve the forecasting accuracy and process through new analytics, increased automation and process optimization
•    Help the company effectively and efficiently allocate financial resources and make sound decisions to support growth while mitigating risk
•    Managing all tax planning and compliance with all required local, payroll, property and other applicable taxes
•    Oversee annual audits and annual tax returns
•    Establish effective internal controls and ensure compliance is met

Requirements 
•    Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
•    Experience in property or real estate industry
•    Ability to anticipate future business scenarios, enabling the company to plan for, and invest in, future growth wisely
•    Ability to translate business operating models and operational indicators into financial performance
•    Self-starter who brings ideas, creativity and solutions to the table
•    Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to work collaboratively
•    Strong knowledge of the P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
•    Strong problem solving and analytical skills
•    Excellent communication skills and partnership skills
•    6+ year experience of finance and operations
