Job Description


  • Basic book keeping knowledge
  • Preferably experience working in the air freight forwarding industry 
  • Good communication skills both oral and email
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be a team player as interaction with collegues will be frequent
  • Must be self motivated to complete the task


  • Input data into our finance module software
  • Follow up with SFS branch offices and agents for invoices
  • Invoice to customers or agent in a timely manner
  • Ensure complete documents are in the finance module 
  • Follow up with branch office and agents for incomplete documents
  • Software familairization training will be provided


  • 5 days work week
  • Regular 5-day work week 9am to 6pm
