Finance Officer (Finance Reporting)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain company's Management Reporting System (MRS), which is run on Tableau. 
• Run daily reports to ensure financial data is loaded correctly
• Follow-up on any production issues
• Generate exception reports and work with Finance Partners to resolve issues
• flag discrepancies between SAP financial data and MRS
• flag discrepancies between Integrated Grant Management System and MRS
• Work with vendor to refine/improve MRS dashboards
• Manage user queries and feedback on MRS
• Assist with implementation of new Tableau dashboards, including data requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Use Tableau to facilitate management reporting for a research entity
• Provide any ad-hoc financial management reports and financial analysis

Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of SAP, Tableau system will be advantageous
• Involvement in system automation projects will be advantageous
• Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
• Able to multi-task and deliver results under tight timelines
