Job Description

Scope of work

 

  1. Prepare financial reports monthly on a timely and accurate basis
  2. Develop budget and financial forecasts as well as steward the financial key performance indicators of the business units
  3. Consolidate the financial statements of the different subsidiaries
  4. Organise the Human Resource Department
  5. Develop and improve the standard operating procedures for the backend administrative support to include the financial, human resource and management information systems
  6. Work with the various government agencies on the grants

 

Requirements

  1. A university degree in Accountancy or professional Accountancy qualifications status will be preferred.
  2. At least 5 years’ experience in heading the financial & HR department. Candidate needs to be hands-on
  3. Able to work well with different stakeholders to include the Founder/Managing Director/Executive committee members/Operations/ Sales as well as the external parties such as government agencies, contractors etc
  4. Must be able to write well and strong with financial and numbers
  5. Experience in group consolidation accounts
  6. Able to meet monthly, quarterly & yearly statutory and management reporting deadlines
  7. Candidates with experience running the HR department will have an advantage
