Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, etc.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts including creditors, intercompany, fixed assets and banks
  • Consolidate management accounts and financial reports
  • Prepare quarterly GST submission and other statutory returns
  • Oversee monthly payroll computation and handle queries regarding payrolls
  • Manage cash flow and other financial forecast(s)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting & Finance, or equivalent. Degree preferred.
  • Knowledge in MYOB and Xero would be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Team player with good analytical skills
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant working experience preferred
