Job Scope:

• Handle Account Payable and Fixed Asset Register
• Involved in the Company’s annual budget (operating & capital budgets) exercise
• Monitor the purchase requisitions raised by different departments
• Work with Finance Shared Services on month end close related matters 
• Support departments on queries relating to utilisation of operating expenditures and monitor operating expenditures
• Prepare proper documentation for audit purpose
• Perform general administrative support

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in accountancy or equivalent
• At least 1 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS office application
• Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
