Finance Executive (Accounts Receivables)

We are currently hiring on behalf of our client, a reputable organisation and would require suitably qualified candidates to send in your applications to us.
 

Working Location: East

 

Responsibilities:

• Processing of AR transactions
• To bill invoices and late interest to customers and performing of collection runs
• Accounting of donations, sponsorships related matters
• Performing bank clearing and reconciliation and journals update, adjustments and other entries
• Preparation of AR schedules
• To follow up on Direct Debit arrangement
• Follow up with customers on their arrears, provide advice on billing requirements
• Assisting in monthly and year-end closing of accounts and statutory audits
• Assist in the preparation of reports

 

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related studies with at least 2 years of accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts and skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous, organized and motivated individual
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and able to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines
• Pleasant with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and flexible, especially in the period of month/quarter/year-end closing
