Finance Executive (6 Months)

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: OUE Downtown

Pay:  S$2,500 to S$3,000 per month + prorated bonus

Duration: 6 Months (High possibility of extension / conversion)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm 

 

Job Description: 

Reporting           

• Prepare, collate & submit all month end reports
• Manage AR, General Ledger (GL) and maintain full set of accounts
• Monitor daily bank balance and cash flow
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
• Recommend on any approved financial systems and procedures

 

Financial / Accounting Functions              

• Manage/Co-ordinate all accounting and financial activities
• Perform month-end closing
• Provide monthly AR and GL Reconciliation
• Issue invoices for Commission received
• Issue invoices for Goods and Services supplied
• Process received payment from Customers
• Provide daily Bank statements with required details to Commission Department
• Update all AR invoices, receipts and GL into ACCPAC
• Perform reconciliation of Bank statements
• Post all AR and GL batches in ACCPAC
• Follow up on aged / bad Debtors
• Liaise with bank on remittances / bank signatory / service updates

 

Financial Auditing/Taxation        

• Liaise with Auditors on financial audit and tax matters
• Liaise with Tax agents on Corporate Tax matters
• Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns to Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS)

 

MAS Licence Fee             

• Invoice representatives for MAS Licence Fee
• Inform Compliance on outstanding debts of resigned
• representatives
• Follow up on payments of Licence Fee

 

Requirements: 

• Min Diploma in Accoutancy / Finance or equivalent 
• At least 2 -3 years of relevant working experience
