Finance Executive (2 months)

# Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm
# Easily accessible from Kallang MRT
# Basic salary up to $2200

Our client, an established educational instituition, is currently seeking an experienced and committed candidate to join their team as a Temp Finance Executive.

Job Responsibilities

• Update daily invoices and receipts transactions entries into database
• Handle Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) coverage for students
• Send Payment Advice to students in advance, and send reminder to student if payment are not received by due date.
• Verify all documents has been approved by relevant head and management for waive, withdrawal, deferment and refunds of payments.
• Review and ensure request form submitted has been signed and approved

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting & Finance
• 2 years of experience in the Accounting & Finance field
