Finance Director

At Aureus Group, we are looking for a Finance Director oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. He/She will be responsible for managing many aspects of the company financials as well as possible risks and investments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks
• Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems
• Review and propose improvements in the ERP System
• Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.)
• Oversee all audit and internal control operations
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
• Prepare Monthly P & L, Balance Sheet, and Cashflow Statements
• Manage Budget Comparison and Preparations
• Manage dedicated AP and AR through respective teams (operations and finance)
• Manage quarterly filing with IRAS (GST, PIC, etc.)
• Oversee all reimbursements of the company
• Liaise with retail team to manage inventory and reconcile inventories
• Manage bank reconciliation
• Manage team of 6 Finance Executive

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/ CPA/ ACCA
• At least 3-5 years' experience in accounting and finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
• Positive Attitude with the ability to keep all financial details confidential.
• Independent worker, resourceful, able to work with little guidance
• Experience in CRM Software preferred
• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Experience with Netsuite ERP is a plus
