Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely month-end closing
  • Manage full set of accounts for the company
  • Forecast and budgeting of the company cash flow
  • Reviewing GST reporting and GST filing
  • Assist with financial statements for statutory audit and tax reporting
  • Assist with management reports and analysis for management use
  • General Staff administration and Company HR support
  • Prepare and manage monthly payroll processing, including CPF filing activities
  • Application and renewal of work pass
  • Other accounting / HR related duties

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • Min. 3 years of experience in logistics / freight forwarding field
  • IT Savvy
  • Experience in managing a small team (1-3 people) whilst reporting to senior management
  • Team player with high integrity, sense of urgency, positive and willing to learn attitude
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent, meticulous, resourceful and analytical in nature
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stick to time constraints
