Job Description

Main Purpose of the Role:

Perform daily sales order entry for JobsCentral, Learning, BrightMinds, and BrightSparks products to ensure the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner.

Role Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for proper recognition of revenue, based on product type and contract terms

  2. Liaison between finance and sales teams

  3. Perform day-to-day sales data processing with speed and accuracy

  4. Ensure the contract is complete with all the necessary documents as required by the company

  5. Reinstate job credits for wrongly posted job ads

  6. Change account information as requested by sales rep or client

  7. Ensure that all sales are capture into the system for the month

  8. Update spreadsheet for client’s entitlement

  9. Plan, organise and manage own workload

  10. Any other projects as assigned

Qualification Requirement (Technical & Experience)

  • Good knowledge of basic accounting

  • Min. diploma in relevant field or equivalent

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant local accounting experience.

  • Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • Possess a pro-active and positive work attitude
