Perform daily sales order entry to ensure the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner and provides admin support.
- Ensure the contract is complete with all the necessary documents as required by the company
- Liaison between finance and sales teams
- Ensure that all contracts captured into the system for the month
- Prepare monthly attendance report to manager / team lead
- Provide admin support on pantry and office matters
- Any other projects as assigned
Qualification Requirement (Technical & Experience):
- Min. GCE N’ Level / O’ Level
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) will be an advantage.
- Possess initiative and able to work independently
- Possess a pro-active and positive work attitude
- Meticulous, details oriented with high accuracy working on volume of data.
- Available immediately / on short notice.
