Job Description

  1. Handles full spectrum of AP & AR function
  2. Manage day-to-day operation of AP & AR function and ensures entries are posted accurately in UBS Accounting System.
  3. Prepare monthly reconciliation of AP & AR sub-ledger to general ledger
  4. Assist in month end closing activities (Preparation of Balance Sheet Schedules, Bank Reconciliation, Stock Reconciliation) 
  5. Assist in overseeing subsidiaries’ accounts.
  6. Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by Finance Manager

REQUIREMENTS

  1. At least Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
  2. Minimum 3 years of related experience in Finance / Accounting Related Discipline
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Software, UBS Accounting experience is an advantage.
  4. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English & Mandarin.
  5. Preferably with experience in Construction Sector
  6. Able to work independently
  7. Team orientated, responsible and possesses good working ethics
