Job Description

Finance & Admin Officer

 

Scope of Responsibilities (but not limited to): 

  • Prepare and process payment
  • Sales reconciliation
  • Admin duties
  • Month end duties
  • Ensure all original accounting documents are properly filed and stored
  • Answer incoming phone calls and enquiries
  • Other Adhoc duties assign as and when

 

Desired Skills & Expertise:

  • Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 1 years of working experience in related field
  • Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office Application
  • Able to multi-task, meticulous, committed and good team player
  • Good communication skills, motivated and enthusiastic individual with the ability to work on his/her own as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  • Able to work under tight schedules
