Job Description

Finance & Admin Manager

Responsibilities:

Maintain Finance records, Cash book, Accounts Receivable, Payable & GL

Manage payroll processing, GST return & CPF submission

Perform Monthly management reports & yearly accounts closing

Coordinate and checking of financial reports, stock-taking and yearly audits

Monitor monthly cash flow and manage cash flow positions

Review on customer/suppliers invoices

Oversee office operation workflow

Provide ad hoc administrative support

Support HR matter

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma Accounting & Finance

3-5 years relevant work experience

Self-motivated, multitask

Ability to work independently as well as a team.
