Responsibilities: 

-         Responsible for invoice billings and reconciliation of monthly receiveables

-         Manage payables including part time workers payables and payment of suppliers’ invoices and miscellaneous payments

-         Handle receipts, data-entry and banking of cash/cheques

-         Assist in preparing monthly reports

-         To process expenses claims, petty cash reimbursements and recording

-         Prepare Statement of Accounts upon request

-         Updating of payment from customers in accounting system and follow up due payments with               customer

-         Assist in GST reporting

-         Handle daily documentation and filing system

-         Assist in other ad-hoc assignments or admin work as required

Requirements:

-         Diploma or relevant certificate in Business / Accounting

-         Prior experience preferred

-         Responsible, pleasant personality and positive working attitude

-         Team player and able to work independently
