You will be responsible for :
- Having strong knowledge of clients' products/services.
- Identifying and developing strong relationships with new customers.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
- Gathering and escalating customer feedback as required
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- No experience is required for the role. Having some experience in a Sales role will be advantageous.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
