Job Description

 

  • To develop and grow an assigned territory through hunting opportunities and maintaining existing business
  • Makes sales contacts and researches customer needs to develop business opportunities with potential prospects
  • Using structured sales techniques, follows up on sales leads and makes cold calls on potential customers in a defined assigned territory
  • Develops and implements a sales work plan and schedule that ensures minimum attainment of all required sales activities including sales calls, service calls, proposal presentation, as well as any other sales activities
  • Maintains a territory intelligence system that records, stores and reports all sales activities
  • Closes profitable business that supports business objectives
  • Seeks support to resolve customer problem resolution activities and ensure a timely follow-up
  • Engage overseas offices to promote route development campaign and initiatives

Experience and Qualifications

  • Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of business-to-business solutions selling experience required with a focus on prospecting new customers and developing existing business relationships
  • Demonstrated business math and intermediate computer skills with MS Office skillsets
  • Experience in sales planning, sales proposals, and selling the value propositions appropriate to corporate level customers and other stakeholders in the organization
  • Demonstrated understanding of sales financial targets with proven successful results
  • Strong conceptual selling, presentation, closing and organizational skills
  • Highly self-motivated, with a strong interest for learning
  • Articulate by using of clear, convincing and tailored communication
  • Proven selling skills and knowledge of value propositions
  • Recognized flexible disposition; open to coaching and feedback
  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software programs preferred

Location: Changi South 

Transportation: With vehicles preferred 

Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.15pm)
