*FAST SHORTLIST* 2 months Temp Part-time Customer Service/Admin (Mon-Fri)

• To manage the enquiries and bookings of lounge space.
• Responsible for the smooth operation of the Lounge including keeping the space clean and tidy, safe distance measures are adhered to.
• Coordinate with the F&B operators for any F&B order requests.
• Assist and execute redemptions, issue of vouchers.
• Share and promote retail and F&B tenants to customers
• Update and upkeep inventory of redemptions, vouchers, collaterals
• Ensure Concierge Counter is clean and necessary items are available
• Any other related assignment/task/report as assigned by management from time-to-time

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service
